RETURN POLICY

PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

Tekfusion products cover a 6-12 month warranty against technical issues. If you found a technical issue during the warranty period, youcan directly contact us through the warranty claim procedure listed on the warranty claim page. Tekfusion does not provide warrantyon products that have undergone physical damages and if the products were damaged due to misuse. Your warranty will not be honoredif purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

BUYER PROTECTION POLICY

If you purchased on this website, and the product you have received is not as described, such as, if the model is different from the order, or in case the product was never delivered, we will initiate a refund. You will have to contact our support team, by either calling us, or by sendingus an email to warranty@tekfusiontechnologies.com

REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from this website can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if only the product is not in a working condition. The packaging of the product to be exchanged must be in neat condition and not damaged by the customer. The original packaging and the product must be with no visible damage, and with all accessories set. You are only eligible for an exchange if you purchased from this website, through Tekfusion directly. If you had purchased from a retailer you have to get a refund from the store as per their policy of returns.

All Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Customer will be liable to pay for shipping to return the product back to thewarehouse address provided by Tekfusion through email communication.

In case the product is defective when received, we will provide an exchange offer.

Cancellation : will only be accepted if the product is not shipped from our End.

Refund : This will be processed in 10-15 working days through NEFT
