Your pair of In-ear headphones covers a 6 to 12 months’ of warranty period, depending on the product, and it starts on the date when you purchased the product from a Tekfusion authorized dealer. If your Tekfusion product contained or contains a defect when or after you bought it from a Tekfusion authorized dealer, and Tekfusion receives a formal warranty claim from you within 30 days after you discover such a defect, and before the expiration of the warranty period, then Tekfusion will provide you with one of the following remedies:
1. Product Repair
2. Product Replacement if the defect(s) cannot be repaired
THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO YOU - THE FIRST INDIVIDUAL WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED TEKFUSION DEALER - AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED.
In order to be able to claim your warranty online, you have to be registered and logged in. If the product defect has occurred during the warranty period, kindly fill-in the following form, for further processing:
Only after having received a warranty approval E-mail from Tekfusion, shall you ship the product containing defect(s) along with the printed copy of your identity proof and invoice to the Tekfusion Service Centre for further the verification of the defect(s). The Tekfusion Service Centre address, is referred to the address given on our contact-us page.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
After receiving the defective product, Tekfusion will fully verify the existence of the defects, and inform you if the product requires a repair or replacement. Cost of shipping the product back to you, and any repair costs shall be negotiated by Tekfusion.
Warranty resolution will take a period of 7-20 days. Tekfusion does not grant any warranty on any products that were purchased from unauthorized dealers, or on a product that has been intentionally damaged, or used in ways other than the guidelines provided in product manual.
